The Sofitel Mumbai is Sofitel’s first entry into the Indian market and is due to open its doors in the Bandra Kurla commercial district in 2011. We were engaged to conceptualize its food service establishments and work with the appointed interior and kitchen designers in creating unique dining and entertainment options for business and leisure travellers alike.
