Union Restaurant & Bar
Located in a corner unit of a traditional shophouse on Club Street in the heart of Chinatown, this restaurant and bar was the first to serve an extensive range of Belgian beers and blue-lipped mussels in Singapore, with a bar on the ground floor, a restaurant on the first and an exclusive private dining room on the second floor. It featured a unique open kitchen concept on the first floor allowing diners a full view of the preparation and cooking of their food. “The Telegraph” described it as “A combination of a super-cool bar with dim lights and great cocktails and a top restaurant where the focus is on modern European cuisine.”
